Innovaud’s Synnergy project in 2023 requested a podcast to promote innovation and digital transition among at least three companies from the Canton of Vaud. The initiative aimed to supply valuable content for Biopole collaborators, focusing on cross-company synergies.

Overview
The goal was to produce a podcast series highlighting innovation links with digital transition, while pivoting to MotionLab’s core themes of sports, health, and athlete stories. This built connections among partners and provided engaging content for collaborators.
Challenge
Short timeline for the Synnergy partnership, which ultimately didn’t persist for other reasons out of our control; needed to create high-quality, adaptable content with limited initial resources, while ensuring relevance to Biopole audiences and MotionLab’s brand.
Solution
Purchased necessary equipment for professional recording; organized and conducted interviews, cohosting and hosting episodes with Virgile Lecoultre, a sports physiologist. Focused subjects on sports, health, and MotionLab’s athletes. Created the logo and visual identity; produced promotional reels using AI and Adobe tools. Handled diffusion across major streaming providers like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube for wide accessibility.

Results
Successfully delivered content that outlasted the Synnergy project, generating ongoing episodes for MotionLab. Managed in a short time to rack up 10,000 total listens across 7 episodes. Adapted the Synnergy project’s brutal end to build a reusable content and a framework that increased brand visibility through multi-platform distribution.
